It reminds me of a Tenyo type effect, only I still don't know how it works. To figure out its workings you would probably have to take it apart somehow. Great mini illusion that is fun to perform for yourself! Absolutely no skill required, it is totally self-working and self contained. Effect; "Performer displays a small round plastic case that as a clear see-through plastic top. Inside the plastic case there is a picture of a Pirate or Knight holding a metal Sword similar to a dial on a clock. When a lever on the side of the round case is moved up or down the metal Sword also moves in correspondence with the lever. This is demonstrated to the spectator so that they may see the motion and action of the Sword. Next a small metal key is inserted through a hole in the plastic case and actually comes out the backside. This metal key should stop the Sword however, when the lever is moved the sword just melts right through the metal key.
