This note is very heavily circulated and has the following: very heavy folding and wear (also has many heavier creases and many areas of wrinkled folding); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has many smudges, many dark and dirty areas, many grease stains, many areas of discoloration, foreign substance including tape and/or glue residue on three of the four corners); very heavy edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed - edges rough in many areas); many edge indents/nicks (multiple tears exist and some are larger); very heavy surface wear and fraying (many areas of paper loss exist); several holes; perhaps pieces missing due to very heavy wear and possible damage.
