About the Artist Marie-Hlne Fehr-Clment, born on February 5, 1918 in Lausanne and died on July 1, 2012 in the same city, she is a painter, draftswoman and writer from Vaud. Marie-Hlne Clment was the daughter of the painter Charles Clment and mother of the painter Marc-Antoine Fehr. Painter and draftswoman, she signs her paintings with her first name only. She worked with her father, then at the cantonal school of fine arts. Encouraged by the painter from Auberjonois, she had her first exhibition in Lausanne (Guilde du livre). She married in Zurich. She exhibits her paintings in Zurich, Lausanne, Paris, Munich and every year in Zrich Land. In 1988, published by ditions de l'ge d'Homme under the title l'ombre de mon chemin, ses souvenirs, then, by the same publisher, in 1995 an autobiographical text De l'amour on a assez parler. In 1990, she exhibited three generations of painters at the Kunstmuseum at the Kunstmuseum.
