Description: Up for sale is a Marklin 83307 HO Scale German T18 Express 4-6-4 Steam Locomotive. This locomotive includes metal gears, a motor, realistic detail, lights, and metal wheels. It runs on digital and analog trainsets from Marklin. 20 of these Locomotives (#1121 to 1140) were delivered to the Royal "Wuertembergische" State Railways. They were designated as class 18 and finally retired by the "Deutsche Bundesbahn" (DB) around 1970.This Locomotive comes in a like new condition. Please see my high-quality pictures. When I tested it on my analog and digital system, it did run very smooth and well. The light function works directional and can be controlled in digital mode. The digital controller in the Locomotive is set to # 78. You have to set it to all zeros for analog operation. You can give it any digital address by manually setting the address on the digital controller (dip switches) unit in the Locomotive. The original box is included. The inner plastic liner is slightly damaged and brittle (see picture). I'll pack it with utmost care for transportation. It comes without instructions.
