Description: Martin Handcraft Gold Plated Bb Tenor Saxophone with matching neck/body SN:90981 on offer. This late production Handcraft Tenor features a Front F and it plays from low Bb to High F. The Handcraft Tenor body shows some bow dings but no major trauma or obvious resolders though I think the neck strap ring has been nicely reversed at some point (see photo). Gold plate coverage and the extensive bell engraving are in very good shape...with 95% coverage remaining. The horn could use a light polish and a basic COA. The neck is in good functional shape but has had some serious work in the past. Please see the photos for plating wear, bracing resolder work and patch on the bottom though if there was evidence of past pull down it has been fully/nicely repaired. The neck and body have the same serial number and the neck functions well and seals great to the body. The Handcraft Tenor will ship secure in a functional 40's-50's vintage non-branded case.
