To reiterate, the Grey Gargoyle figure is in new condition and was never removed or touched, but this is listed as USED because the packaging was opened only to remove the BAF part, which is NOT INCLUDED - BE AWARE OF IT. Since the baf part was removed, this might be a good one to have sent loose without packaging for a lower postage cost.
