Mounting plate has all 4 good mounting tabs still in place. This truck assembly was from a Rock Island Dummy B-Unit, but can be used with all the similar F7 EMD Marx Diesels from that era. Note: Locomotive shell in the background of picture 1 and the full locomotive in the background of picture 2 is NOT included.
