Engine has been tested and does run. Smoke mechanism is complete but the bulb has split at the bottom. Motor block is mostly clean with a small spot or two of rust starting. Wheels are similar, with a few light spots or rust starting to come in. Plated side rods are still bright with a few light pits present on both sides.Shell is free of cracks, chips, and breaks, but does have some play wear and scratches present. Overall appearance should improve a lit with a light cleaning and detail. Key is not included. Engine weighs over 1 pound packed for shipping. I happily combine shipping.
