I do put every effort to get your item to you. eBay or I have no control over this, filing a claim with ebay about not receiving your item will do nothing since there is tracking still But you can bet that I will file a claim with the post office after 15 business days (Days Min) of your item not arriving. I can not refund and money and ebay will not either. If your item does not show up after 15 business day, I will file a claim, which usually takes some time as well, and I will get your money back when the claim goes through and USPS refunds me. It's all a waiting game, and I am so very sorry if it gets to this. And if the item does show up and I have refunded your amount because the USPS has refunded me, well, I guess the item is yours for free. For one thing, I am not looking forward to 2025 and mailing. I do use UPS if the price is about the same as USPS to avoid all this. To use UPS all the time would mean I have to raise my prices, I don't want to do that. Thank you for understanding. You will get what you see in the listing, there are bends and creases due to normal use, but they really only were looked at a few times them stored in a drawer upright and then to a box.
