Description: Mary Engelbreit- Will the Elf Musical Doll. Rare Limited Edition. He's numbered 493 of 5000. The date on the card says 1995. There is a wind up key in the back. It plays a music box tune and his head moves around. He's wearing brown vinyl like elf shoes that have red trim and red laces. One boot has a minor blemish. I'll take a photo of it. He's got on deep green brownish pants. His tunic is green corduroy with gold trim. There is a red/white stripe sleeve coming out of the tunic. He's got a yellow felt collar accented with little red pom poms. Around his neck he's wearing a wooden beaded necklace with a wooden acorn in front. His wild yarn hair peeks out of his red/white polka dotted elf hat. His cute little elf ears stick out of the sides. Will stands approximately 12 inches tall, 6 inches wide and 5 inches deep (his cap sticks out in back). I don't know the tune he plays but it sounds like it's from a ballet. This was written on the inside of the card "Will is from an illustration by Mary Engelbreit Originally found on a greeting card. Will lives in the imagination of Micheala. When they are in her garden, he guides her through his world of wonder and belief". His face has a fabric covering with his facial features painted on. I have not found another listed anywhere. It also has FAIRY GODMOTHER on the back of the card. Please see photos for details and condition. It comes from a non-smoking household and was stored in the home. Thank you for your consideration.
