Mastercrafters clock Blacksmith 263 Clock Works Keeps Time And Lights Up READ

Description: Two cracks in the frame one on the top and one on the left side near the bottom of the clock frame. A chip broken off at the bottom backside of the frame. It has scuffs in the framing/scratches. Please look over all photos for condition specs. It’s hard to photograph the scuffs/scratches in the clock face but I tried to get the right angle to see them. The arm of the little man inside does not move up and down as I read somewhere that it should. There are some black marks from ware on the bottom of the clock frame. Scuffs on the clock face. Needs a cleaning. Shows ware for sure but it still works and keeps time. Restoration project? Use for parts or display it as is. This clock can be hung up or placed on surface. This was a thrift store find I thought someone would love. Questions message anytime thanks.
