The painting is titled "Springtime In South Devon", and is signed & dated in the lower left corner, seen magnified in picture 4. The painting is in excellent original condition with no damage to mention. There are no rips, tears, repairs, water damage, losses, or in-painting. There is consistent age related craquelure as expected. The original frame is in very condition with no major damage, but does have minor age related wear including nicks, scrapes, and gouges. The top left corner of the frame has a small 1" gesso loss that can be touched up, seen magnified in picture 6. The painting is an absolute gem and can be hanged as-is with confidence.
