Description: This set of four luncheon/salad plates by Wissterlissg is a perfect addition to any kitchen. The plates feature a beautiful retro-inspired design with gilt gold accents on the rim ( beautiful retro design) and a stunning retro pattern of tulips in white, yellow, orange, country blue, rust, green, and gilt gold. The plates are made of high-quality porcelain and have a diameter of approximately 8 inches. The dishes artwork is transfer ware, which requires the highest quality porcelain as it takes 2 firings in the kiln so these are very quality luncheon/salad/plates. These plates are perfect for any occasion, whether it's a wedding gift, shower, or just for everyday use. They are stackable and easy to care for, with hand wash only recommended. The plates have a shiny finish and are from the late 20th century, manufactured in Germany during the estimated 1970s. Add a touch of MCM culture to your dinnerware collection with this original set of retro plates. They are rare ( the only set around) and very handsome set in great vintage condition( see all pictures as this is part of the description ). Many more great finds in our store.
