This coat is hard to measure because of the angular cut and the fact that it's typically worn open at the neck. I am getting about 50 in across the chest from armpit to armpit. That would make the chest of the wearer an honest 42 in. The sleeves are again hard to measure because of the angular cut but I'm saying they are at least 33 in and depending on the slope of your shoulders a good 34 in.
