I wear a large and it is smaller than my shirts. The hood is extra thick since it is two layers of cotton, the rest of the shirt is a single layer. It has one large graphic on the back and two graphics on the sleeves. It has one hole in the left pit and a stain on the front, both defects are shown in photos.
