Description: Hello here we have a Menik SW-400 Photography Strobe Light Flash Studio . This unit was purchased from a storage auction. It came with an extra flash strobe in the bubble wrap. I plugged the unit in and it will not flash when you push the test button. The regular bulb goes on and off. It has to be something easy. Have a look .
