Add 15 drops on a 100 ml hand sanitizer, mix it well and use it every day as a strong antibacterial& antiviral sanitizer. For psoriasis skin or a thorough scalp and body cleanse: Add 20 drops in your hair & body shampoo, mix it well. Dilute the oil in a carrier oil, ex: in 50 ml coconut oil add 10 drops of oregano oil, can be used as a body oil. You must dilute the oil for topical use, it’s concentrated.
