Looks new. Near Mint: Close to mint with a noticeable light flaw VG++: Still contains a nice shine. Very few light scratches or marks that shouldn't effect play. VG+: Shows signs of wear. Scratches and scuffs are much more noticeable. May have some background noise. VG: Shows signs of heavy wear. Will have background noise. May have skips and pops. I don't list these normally.
