FAQ below! Please look at all pictures closely, and ask any questions before bidding or purchasing if necessary. I try to describe and grade marbles to the very best of my ability which includes using a 20x loupe for magnification and grading. However, with so many grading systems and ideas out there, it is impossible to be precise with a rating that rules them all. The description plus the pictures give the overall condition of the marble as well as my opinion on the grade. If you have any questions or need clarification, please do not hesitate to ask. I'm happy to help! (just know, that when I say Mint, or Wet Mint, you are in fact getting a marble that has been inspected very well under high magnification) Questions people ask me: "Are your photos colour edited?"No! I never enhance the appearance of any marble in my photos. In order to achieve high quality pictures, I use an LED light box to take shots with. That light sometimes causes the marble to appear brighter in photos or show the colours of a marble's translucency more so than in hand. If I feel the colours in the photo are way off base from the true colours of the marble, I will either try to adjust the brightness or state this in my description. Please note that the art of marble photography can be a difficult one, and that nothing is ever perfect. Some marbles show worse in pictures than in hand as they magnify elements you can not see in hand at all such as light pocket wear or micro pins/sparkles. The photo grids I use are mainly for convenience, so you can quickly see all sides of the marble in one shot. As mentioned above, this does not mean there are four or 6 marbles in the listing (as shown on one grid) unless stated in the description. "What is that white circle at the top of each marble picture?"Glad you asked! That white ring is the light from the top of my LED photo box that I use to take pictures of the marbles with.
