Description: This elegant Danish Modern deer figurine is marked “Handmade in Norway” on the bottom. Its a wonderful example of Mid Century Modern design. The designer of these marked animals remain unknown, but they are rare and highly sought after due to their beauty and craftsmanship. Some pieces feature a sticker with “K. N.” in large letters and “Bergen Made in Norway” in smaller print (Bergen is a city in Norway)- others would be marked NORSK. The sculpture is about 6" tall.
