These strands appeared To have a semi sticky coating on them, I did not apply anything to them . They arrived this way; but are in brand new condition and beautiful. These lots are a combination of items from my personal stash, as well as estate finds.Lots are sold “as is” and may contain pins or sharp parts; use caution when opening.
