This punch is by The Punch Bunch and is a regular plunger style punch that is open on the underside so you can see where you are punching. Circles aren't just geometric shapes anymore. They can be arranged into various styles of mini flowers when slightly shaped and formed into a floral configuration. They can also be used as animal eyes or used as elements for larger punch art shapes. It also makes a nice rounded flower center when molded and used with the cupped side facing downwards. Circles are now available in 3mm, 5mm, 8mm, 12mm, 16mm, and larger. The 3mm, 5mm, and 8mm are all considered MINI sizes. If you do scrapbooking, quilling, punchart, or card crafting, this punch will add a lot to your art projects. The mini punches are most versatile as they can be used on their own to create flowers or designs or can be used in conjunction with other shapes or just as flower centers. The punched shapes can be used flat to create flowers for scrapbooking or can be molded slightly with a stylus to create realistic looking flowers for cards or to add as filler flowers to quilling. When molding the mini shapes it is best to use the very finest point stylus, such as the one I sell in my store, as the ends are small enough to fit in the centers. The mini punches can also be used to create interesting borders when punched along the edges of cards. They are also often used as a base shape to create your sculpted flowers on, making the flowers easier to handle and add to an arrangement.
