Two diagrams illustrating the pressure points show almost 50 possible attack targets on the human body with their labels. Cord Sander is a physiotherapist. He started practicing judo as a child at the age of 6. Today he has Dan degrees in various disciplines: 4th Antas Arnis, 4th Dan Jiu Jitsu, 4th Dan Self-Defense as well as other Dan degrees in kobudo, stickfighting, karate and other sports. He has been successful in numerous national and international contests. In 2002, in the course of a study trip, he found his way to Japan. In 1997 he founded KOHAI - DO e.V. together with Markus Wandscher. He has already published various books on self-defense and the martial arts.
