Description: This 4" x 4" miniature building bank is an authentic replication of the American Fletcher National Bank on the Circle in Indianapolis. The building was designed by Chicago architecture firm, Skidmore Owings and Merrill -- SOM and constructed in 1959 and I assume this was a giveaway for customers for its opening. Each facade replicates the building's facades--see photos. "America Fletcher National Bank" is on the base on the curved front of the mini building designed to fit the in the curve of the center Circle of the downtown. The back of bank has an embossed version of the Soldiers and Sailors Monument which sits in the center of the city's Circle and says "On the Circle" beneath. See photos of condition and all sides.
