Description: I have no ideal what this piece was in it's previous lift, but what it is today is a "Trailer Hitch" for use between a mobility scooter and swap meet wagon. The piece is 20 1/2" long, it has a built-in swivel (see 4th photo above) that lets the scooter and wagon be on different angles without stressing the hitch fittings. I have already built the 1" by 1" hitch attachment (see 2nd and 3rd photos above, included) that goes into the scooter, most all scooters have a standard built-in 1"X1" female hitch provision. Buyer must design/build the attachment brackets between hitch ( see 5th and last photos above) and their custom wagon, probably L brackets, your call.
