It will have enough minor defects that it is in clearly worse condition than a brand new freshly published comic, magazine, or book. Allowed defects for this grade include: a spine split of less than half an inch, minor water spotting or other residue, impacted corners, and an accumulation or spine stresses that may break color. An item could be assigned this grade due to either an accumulation of minor defects or one or two moderate defects. Description There's a new column onboard starting with this issue: "Simply Bases" delves into the art of landscaping your bases for model and/or action-figure. There's a detailed diorama based on one of the tense scenes from The Lord of the Rings movie in this first outing. Included in this issue is also RCHTA show coverage from Chicago, Dave Bengal creates Sokurah's Warrior from an Airfix Skeleton kit, and artist extraordinaire Chris White, who has done many of the box arts for Polar Lights, is profiled. Beyond this, Hilber Graf is at it again, this time creating a diorama called, "Catch a Rhino by the Tail" based on the John Wayne movie Hatari. Mr. Chris Ford also hops on the train this time and shows us how to destroy Star Trek's Enterprise! Bill Craft heads back into his Lair to bring us something out of the ordinary, plus there'd "Kits That Time Forgot" and more "how-tos" and reviews than you can shake an airbrush at!
