The book is in very good condion with no soiled, torn or folded pages. It was bought new with no dust jacket. The outside book spine color has somewhat faded over the years. This is the fufth in the series of reference books for doll collectors by Patricia Smith with photos taken by her husband Dwight Smith. The black and white photos are arranged alphabetically by manufacturer acoompanied by a description of the doll. There is also an index at the back of the book.
