Description: This AZO real photo postcard (RPPC) shows a portrait of an attractive young woman standing. On the backside of the postcard, the following is written: "Naomi H. Williams ~ S 47 46th St ~ Molin[e] Ill." I did a little research using ancetry.com and indeed found a "Naomi Williams" who had residency in Moline Ward 7, Rock Island County, Illinois, in 1910. I cannot guarantee it's the same person, but it seems plausible. AZO real photo postcards with this particular design were made between 1904 and 1918. After 100+ years the postcard shows some wear, including some newspaper or magazine print that got stuck or made an impression upon a small portion of the front side-- at first it bothered me, but now I think it adds character and "tells a story" of the survival of this postcard. It must be meant for someone to find and give a home to...
