These silver skulls were inspired by the sugar skulls used in the celebration of the Mexican holiday Day of the Dead or Dia de los Muertos. Each piece is crafted from 2 troy ounces of pure .999 fine silver. Some skulls will have rainbow toning effect, while others will have more of a black and gray coloring. Colors vary a lot from one manufacturing batch to another. It looks like light copper-coloring with some purple, rose, and burgundy. Very cool. The back of each piece is hand stamped with the Monarch crown logo and the words 2 Troy Ounces 999 Fine Silver. The first picture is a stock picture from the mint.
