Description: Monteverde / Walt Disney Signature Pen "Fantasia" (#331 / 1940) The pen has some scuffs from use. The chrome / metal finish is tarnished due to age. The pen ink does not receded when installed in the pen. I am unsure if the correct ink is installed or whether there is an error with the mechanism inside the pen which lifts and recedes the ink when lifted. The ink is not included.
