Description: Montgomery Wards Western Field Gun Cleaning Kit Box & Sears JC Higgins Parts Vtg This is a lot of two vintage steel metal gun cleaning boxes (incomplete, with some parts as shown). They are both red color with hinged lid. One is "Montgomery Wards Western Field Shotgun Cleaning Kit" (13" x 4 1/2" x 1 1/2") with metal insert part which is removable. The other is, "J.C Higgins No 2142" made by Sears that measures 12 7/8" x 4 1/2" x 1 1/4" (with two rods 11 1/2", misc. parts and lubricant which is in original box but opened). The tin boxes are functional vintage items with rust and aged appearance. My photos are of the actual item you are getting. See our store for other interesting items.
