Description: The Anchor-Hocking Glass Corp. made this lovely moonstone crystal and white opalescent bowl between 1941-1946. Moonstone was manufactured later than most depression era glassware. It is still categorized as depression era because it was inexpensive, yet elegant style glassware which appealed to millions of Americans. Moonstone was a popular wedding gift during WWII since they were reminiscent of expensive hobnail patterns. Bowl measure 6 1/2” w x 2 3/8” h. Crystal with white opalescent ruffled edge and crimped opalescent handles.
