The brooch is not stamped with the makers mark. The dome styled pin features 2 rows of disc shaped mother of pearl stones with the 3 layer being small clear rhinestones and the last layer features a deep red enamel oval shaped piece that is hand painted with a small floral pattern in the center. Nice costume jewelry and this is in excellent condition. This is well made with no signs of wear and the clasp is a secure C Clasp in excellent working condition.
