The text is free from pen marks and highlights. There are STAINS, some water damage, and some debris scattered throughout the book, nearly on every single page. One pages at the back has heavy stains/debris on it! The text is all still legible. The pages are also yellowing. There are some bumps and bends to the corners and edges of the pages. There is also foxing and stains along the outer edges of the pages. The binding is slanted to the right a bit and is sound. See the photos for more details.
