There is no handle to distract from its basic form. One lone ring beneath the neck and a small, unobtrusive spout are the only deviations. A fish created only by the absence of the otherwise dark green patina is the ONLY decoration. Interesting fact: Moville Pottery has been manufacturing fine hand thrown stoneware pottery for over 44 years. Founded in 1976 by renowned designer and hand thrower Lowry Wasson, the studio is located overlooking the picturesque and historic town of Moville, in the heart of Inishowen, Co Donegal, Ireland . Condition: Pristine, i.e., MINT in every manner. There are NO chips, cracks, scratches, stains, water marks, discoloration or any other cosmetic issues. The bottomstamp is clear and legible. Even the rough exposed clay base ring that normally shows some scuffing and/or discoloration remains relatively clean.
