The item is in D) Used, Fair cosmetic condition. It was inspected and has scuffs and scratches on the outside of the PC from normal use. There are noticeable scuffs and dents on the top of the lid and on the back cover. There are dents at the HDMI and USB-C ports that does not affect the ports. (SEE PICTURES) All ports and connections are in good cosmetic condition and the screen is in Good condition with noticeable scuffs and keyboard marks on the screen. I was able to power on the PC using an in-house power supply and get into the BIOS. I was able to load a temporary Linux Mint operating system to test the PC. I was able to surf the Internet using the built-in Wi-Fi. Backlit Keyboard, Speakers, Camera, Microphone, Headphone jack, Bluetooth, MicroSD Card reader, HDMI, USB-C and USB ports are working. The original operating system is missing. The battery charges and holds a charge but is untested. The life of the battery is not guaranteed.Does not come with a power supply.
