MTG NM Beta SET of 2 Cards Wrath of God & Armageddon Signed by Richard Garfield!

Description: Opened from a fresh Beta pack and first stored in a binder, then later in a Screw-down case with perfect fit sleeves, never played! Only removed to be signed By Richard Garfield at 2008 Worlds, in between exhibition matches with Aaron Forsythe, Head of MTG R&D, featuring hand made cards which were played by the creator at this event by Dr. Garfield! He also Annotated both of these cards with text callouts to add humorous commentary, (as if from a character on the card, is speaking their thoughts out loud) Dr. Garfield used one of the very same sharpie markers that he was using at Worlds for creating his exhibition cards! Occasionally these cards were displayed in a screw-down case on occasion, at my Small Town LGS over 22 years in Tazewell Tennessee, then always tucked back away in the vault. Next to the "Power Nine", these two Iconic powerful white cards, are arguably the next most powerful, and sought after! Both cards being power balanced (unlike the card "Balance"), have never been banned or restricted in any WOTC Format that they've débuted in! Few cards can boast such power and legality throughout the ENTIRE HISTORY of Magic the Gathering! All of this, and also signed and annotated by the game's very creator, done in such a significant setting as Worlds 2008! These particular cards have a great History indeed!
