For the most part the cover is pretty good shape with typical edge and ring wear; however, there is a significant seam split to the bottom edge that runs almost all the way to the spine from the opening edge (see pics). Top edge has a small seam split that runs about 1" from the opening. Vinyl is in Very Good Plus (VG+) condition. Nice original shine with a few surface scuffs and light scratches (see pics).
