Artist signed.The Southwestern design is attributed to Native American Navajo weavers based on motif, coloration, luxurious wool material and techniques used. Rug is 100 % wool and more than 4 pounds in weight.Blue Diamond rug design consists an overall background coloration of off-white, natural colored wool without dyes (photos# 1, 2, & 3). There are four 12” x 18” diamond shaped forms positioned down the center of the rug. Coloration of the diamond forms consist of light and dark blue, maroon, and green with a off-white center (photos# 4 & 5). The rug’s border contains a 4.5 inch wide maroon Greek key design with a 2 inch wide dark brown edge (photo# 6). Artist signed piece by weaving initials into corner of the rug (photo# 6).
