Description: Colombianite is considered to be a sacred stone by the Muisca tribes. It is often called "Piedra Rayo" meaning "Stone of Light." Metaphysically, it is said that the stones promote peace, understanding, compassion and love. I have read scientific articles both claiming Colombianite to be a tektite and pseudotektite.
