Description: Vintage Soapstone Natural Colors Praying Angel 8" Religious Sculpture Signed Here is a beautiful soapstone carving of an angel who is praying. It looks as though she is about to kneel, or is walking with her head downturned. She stands approximately 8 inches tall, and her wings are about 4.5 inches wide. There are natural white, pink, and tan colors in the stone. The carving is simple but elegant. There are some spots that look like small flakes or chips, but they also look as though they may have been simply the texture of the stone. There are two small chips on the base.
