Based on Jim James' favorite guitar, the Epiphone Jim James ES-335 features a 5-layer laminated maple body finished in a 70's walnut color, a solid maple center block for increased sustain, and a Jim James ES-335. It features a full range of specifications, including a James Custom Slim taper C profile and a mahogany neck with an Indian laurel fingerboard with dot inlays. The Alnico Classic Pro pickups are wired with CTS potentiometers and orange drop capacitors. Jim James's attention to detail is included in his vintage-style Krewson fullback tuners (metal buttons), his low circle/a emblem painted on the truss rod cover, and the owl decal on the back of the headstock.
