Description: If you dare to open this kit and unleash such horror, venture forth and learn everything a good monster maker needs to know. Inside you'll master techniques for drawing the massive heads of the Hydra, the jagged teeth of a Giant Rat, the wicked curved claws of the Basilisk, blood dripping fangs, putrefied decaying wounds, and other morbid features in gross detail. How To Draw Hell Beasts will empower you to bring forth the sinister beings that lurk in the deepest, darkest shadows of your imagination and draw the stuff of which nightmares are made. So sayeth the back cover. The HOW TO DRAW HELL BEASTS KIT includes everything you need to draw Hell Beasts. This is a hardcover book. Open it. One side has a drawing pad and a 32 page project booklet. The booklet is written and illustrated by Jim Pavelec, noted for his work on "Dungeons & Dragons", "Magic: the Gathering" and "Star Wars". On the other side is a plastic tray containing 3 sets of monster trading cards; 3 types of pencils, a sandpaper block, a blending stump and an eraser. The beginning of the project booklet explains how to use these tools. The book is approx. 8 1/2 x 8 1/2. The booklet and drawing pad are 6x8. I thought this was really neat kit when I bought it over 10 years ago. My kids were too old for it. My grandson never showed any interest in drawing so it sat around for many years. This kit is new. None of the containers have been opened. None of the materials have been used. It is brand new but unfortunately it is a little damaged. A book was laid on top of it and the plastic tray holding the drawing materials is a little crumpled. Free Priority Mail shipping included. Please write if you have questions.
