Description: This is a rare item. Described by the manufacturer as 'The most elaborate dollhouse kit on the market'. A New in the Original Boxes, Unassembled, Real Good Toys Complete Queen Anne Doll House Kit. Forgotten for decades, it dates to 1995 or 1996. The sticker price at the time was $990. When the kit was retired in October of 2022, the list price was $1929. This kit is contained in the two original boxes, though they have both been opened. The woman from whom it was purchased assured me that they opened both upon delivery to ensure that they were complete, which was verified. I have not personally matched the dozens of pre-cut pieces or bags of components, all of which are in their original packaging. There are packing lists that accompany each of the two boxes. These lists also contain the instructions for assembly. Note: both instructions/lists, 22 and 29 pages, will be shipped with the smaller of the two boxes. But wait! There's more! There is a third box containing 12 pieces of furniture, all new in package. Six O - Mini pieces from The Bombay Company: Piano 2211790, Bath Tub 2211855, Rocking Chair 2211826, Red Couch 2211787, Sink 2211868, and Roll Top Desk 2211842.
