Condition: It ended up that we didn’t have the necessary wiring to be able to use this so it has never been used so it is in new condition as shown in the photos. (NOTE: The first photo is a stock photo and the wall plate cover shown in it is NOT included and is as shown in the remainder of the photos.) Color/s: White. Controls ceiling fan with integrated lights and has separate hookup wires for the fan and lights so they can be controlled separately.
