Using heat and pressure to fuse metallic powder into a precision part is not the cheapest way, but it is the best way.GARRARD made true sintered bushings, so why do other companies only offer bored bushings? Because they are cheaper to make! Remember, “sintered” means heat pressed from powder. Don’t be fooled!AudioSilente has spared no expense to bring you the finest bushings on the market today. We have worked with metallurgists to reproduce the original bronze alloy mix and with other GARRARD restoration experts to confirm the originalGARRARD parts measurements.We have secured the services of one of the finest companies,experts in creating true sintered bronze parts, to make our molds and the parts you see here.Our process produces a part with BETTER tolerance than the GARRARD original.Custom produced in Germany, our bushings are checked every 100 units to confirm tolerance within 0.003 millimeters!
