Description: This is a one sided disc and is an extremely rare recording from 1964 featuring 4 of the original 2SM Good Guys. John Fryer, Phil Haldeman, John Brennan and John Mahon. Also included is Desmond Mahon who describes himself as an 'advertising man'. Basically an ad for the 2SM Commercial Production Unit, the disc features the above presenters spruiking the benefits/advantages of the 2SM Commercial Production Unit that includes music and spoken word ads for past clients, radio station 2SM sung promos and television station Channel 7 sung promos - all part of a unique slice of Australian Broadcasting History. Audibly graded as VG. Manufactured in Sydney, Australia. The vinyl disc comes in an "Atco" paper sleeve insert, which advertises/promotes LPs post 1964 (eg: Sonny & Cher). The Atco label did not exist in the 60s in Australia, so most of the records listed on the paper index found their way onto the Atlantic label in Australia. It appears that the previous owner used this insert to house/protect the vinyl.
