This exhaust has been discontinued from V&H. All the parts are here for this system. The instructions are included also. This exhaust will fit 2009 touring only- in 2010 they changed it. because in 2009 they made the pipes with the larger O-2 ports- then in 2010-they made all the pipes with the larger O-2 ports- so they had to make the header pipes larger to accommodate the larger ports- my guess?! We have taken the protective wrapping off of the heat shields to make sure the heat shields were OK & they are-any marks are from being moved around at the dealership!
