Description: Newport Wyndham Inn on the Harbor - 1 BR Timeshare Rental 7/13 - 7/20. This is a harbor front resort at the nexus of upper and lower Thames. A restaurant is on the lower level of this building, which always has live entertainment on the weekends. It's a fun place with a great view of the harbor. This is a Wyndham managed property. Units are modern and accommodate up to 4 guests. The bathroom is large and the kitchenette is fully stocked for those that wish to walk or drive up to the Bellevue Avenue Stop and Shop to make their own meals. This property is on the intersection of upper and lower Thames. Significant number of attractions, shops, and restaurants are within walking distance; I believe it to be the best location in Newport for this purpose. This is a great location in Newport even if you don't get Harbor facing room; I find it best to get the highest floor possible to make it easy to make use of the roof deck. All weeks in the summer are fantastic for flying a kite at Brenton Point, walking the Cliff Walk, touring the many mansions, attending a festival, taking a sailing or other boat tour, enjoying the night life and people watching, bachelorette parties (Newport feels like the world capitol for this, you will understand if you are here Friday or Saturday in the summer), or just relaxing in the many excellent restaurants and other venues. Also... We have other weeks available. Just ask. Specifically:7 nights from 7/27 - 8/37 nights from 8/3 - 8/10 Next Steps:There are no hidden charges. Upon successful payment: ● Please send us the name and address (as printed on a government issued photo ID) of the Guest who is to check in at the Resort, along with the home address, email address, and contact information for the Guest. Upon receiving this, we are able to have a Guest Certificate sent issued directly from the resort itself.● The reservation can only be in one person’s name. Once the name has been assigned, it cannot be changed without an additional fee of $129. Any name change request must be made at least 24 hours prior to arrival date.
