Description: Nice and quite early French Faience wall pocket from the Malicorne factory of Pouplard. Charming hand-painted decorations of a Breton boy at his leisure. Pierced at the top with two holes for wall hanging. Height of 6 1/2" and width (at the widest point) of 5 1/2". Marked on the unglazed back with Pouplard's well-known "PBx" mark . Condition is excellent with no damage, no restoration and very minimal wear. Satisfaction Guaranteed.
